THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is pathetic, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd acquired something usable instead.
